The Mossy Creek Mess is a group of authentic reenactors based out of East Tennesee and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to producing the most accurate portrayal of both confederate and federal Civil War soldiers. We pride ourselves on authenticity, accuracy and most of all attitude. Together we have several years of research and reenacting experience. We are interested in recruiting other fine, authentic reenactors who have the right attitude to accurately portray soldiers of this time period. We are serious about what we do but we also have a good time. We build friendships and most imporantly we educate those interested in the time period.
